SNH AI – SMS Messaging Terms of Service
1. Program Description
SNH AI provides AI-assisted SMS messaging services on behalf of automotive dealerships for customer care purposes, including responding to consumer inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing updates related to an active vehicle or dealership inquiry.
Messages are conversational and directly related to a consumer’s expressed interest in a dealership product or service.
2. Opt-In and Consent
Consumers may receive SMS messages if prior SMS consent is verifiable in the dealership’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, or after providing explicit handset-level consent directly.
If SMS consent is not already verifiable, SNH AI (on behalf of the dealership) will send a single compliance message requesting confirmation. Consumers must reply using an affirmative keyword or response (such as “YES,” “START,” or another clear confirmation) to opt in and confirm they wish to receive text messages related to their inquiry or appointment coordination. No additional SMS messages are sent unless and until an affirmative reply is received.
By sending an affirmative reply, you provide express consent to receive text messages from the dealership related to your inquiry and appointment coordination.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program.
If you wish to resume messages in the future, you may re-initiate contact with the dealership or opt in again through the same process.
